 Watch your email for requests for additional information, payment instructions, and your permit card when issued.

 You’ll need your Parcel Identification Number (PIN). Find your PIN on your tax bill or through your Township Assessor:

Contractor Access

Contractors can apply for permits and make payments here. New contractors must register with Development Services first. First-time users should select “ACTIVATE ACCOUNT.”


Activate Account - Contractors who are already registered with the city may activate their account online.

Forgot Username - If you have already activated your account but have forgotten your username, simply click here to retrieve it.

Forgot Password - If you have already activated your account but have forgotten your password, simply click here to reset it.
